Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 0.5 oz Earth Drop Orange Blossom
• 3 oz sparkling wine or prosecco
• splash of soda water
• orange peel

Method

• Build over ice in a wine glass.
• Top with prosecco and soda.
• Garnish with orange peel.
