Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup honey
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Earth Drop Orange Blossom
- 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Orange Blossom Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Earth Drop Orange Blossom
- 1–2 tsp water (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk yogurt, honey, eggs, oil, and Orange Blossom together.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan or 8-inch cake pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cake.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with fresh berries, whipped cream, or alongside tea and coffee.
