Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Earth Drop Orange Blossom
  • 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Orange Blossom Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Earth Drop Orange Blossom
  • 1–2 tsp water (if needed)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Whisk yogurt, honey, eggs, oil, and Orange Blossom together.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased loaf pan or 8-inch cake pan.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cake.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh berries, whipped cream, or alongside tea and coffee.
